PromLux Investissement Immobilier is a multinational construction company which is expanding its operations in all over Africa and Europe. Our organization deals with all kinds of building projects like single and multi-family housing projects, healthcare facilities, offices, infrastructure projects, educational institutions, public and governmental projects and many more. We enable a one-stop solution to the clients by offering all kinds of services such as building, designing, modelling, job site installation, project handling, engineering, precast management, planning and controlling of prefabricated concrete materials etc.

Objective

The primary goal of PromLux is to participate in the global housing set up by reducing the problem of shelter housing deficit, especially in the southern African countries whereby the local authorities will request for our services. Apart from this, we strive for excellence, community development, earth homes and prefabricated concrete urban planning that can ensure housing facilities to large population t an affordable cost. PromLux will focus on the installation of precast concrete components and provide high-quality prestressed concrete to thousands of construction projects throughout the sub-Sahara countries.

Features

• PromLux is currently working on housing projects in the Chad Republic. This project basically focuses upon the construction of 6000 housing units per annum with Phase 1 covering 2500 single-family housing units in 3 models. Also, we are planning to build similar model building projects in other parts of Africa and Europe.
• The details about the 3 model housing projects are mentioned below:
  • Model F1: 1 Bedroom, 1 Living room, 1 Kitchen, 1 WC and 2 Verandas.
  • Model F2: 2 Bedrooms, 1 Living room, 1 Kitchen, 1 WC and 2 Verandas.
  • Model F3: 3 Bedrooms, 1 Living room, 1 Kitchen, 1 WC and 2 Verandas.
