• From 14th to 18th May 2018, working meeting between parties from with Chadian Stakeholders and local partners, FICA/IFCA and PROMLUX to define the way forward and the role of each stakeholder as well as the content of the Memorandum of Understanding and the Partnership Contract.
  
  
• On the 26th of June 2018 a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) ad hoc was signed between FICA/IFCA and the Ministry of the Territorial development, habitat & urbanism and Town Planning

• On 6th. July 2018, signing ceremony of the Partnership Contract between our parastatal partner Société de Promotion Foncier Immobilier S.A. - SOPROFIM S.A. and PROMLUX Investissement Immobilier S.C.Sp. in N'djamena for the construction of 6,000 housing per annum with objective to reduce the deficit of housing in Chad.
